Dr. H. Justin Harlow, DDS
Dr. H. Justin Harlow was born and raised on the south side of Atlanta in College Park, GA. Dr. Harlow earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in anthropology and human biology from Emory University. After graduating, he went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the age of 25 from the School of Dentistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He refers to himself as an “expanded function general dentist” due to his appreciation for procedures like root canals, extractions, and cosmetic crowns. He has committed himself to staying at the forefront of dental technology and techniques by being an active member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Old North State Dental Society.
Passionate about giving back, he volunteers with the Missions of Mercy Clinic, gives career seminars to dental students at UNC-Chapel Hill, and mentors students at UNC and ECU dental schools through the Old North State mentoring program. His colleagues have voted for him as one of Charlotte's Top Dentists since 2020 in Charlotte Magazine.
Dr. Harlow is also a committed public servant. He served as the Co-Chair of Charlotte's Neighborhood Equity & Stabilization Commission (appointed by the Mayor of Charlotte in 2021) from 2021-2024 following an elected term to the Charlotte City Council from 2017-2019, representing District 2 on Charlotte's NW side. He has served on a variety of community boards and nonprofit boards including Discovery Place, Charlotte Center City Partners and the Five Points Community Collaborative.
Dr. Harlow is a former board member and current Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Dr. Harlow has received a variety of honors including the Charlotte Business Journal's 40 Under 40 list, Elevate Lifestyle 30 Under 30 honor and a past selection in Axios Charlotte 30 Under 30 publication. Dr. Harlow has been featured in Who's Who in Black Charlotte in 2018-2022 and was highlighted in a book titled, Ten Men: Examining the Passion and Progress of Black Men on Charlotte's Historic West Side for his community work. He has also been honored with a STANDOUT Charlottean award for 
his community and professional work by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Dr. Harlow has been married to his wife, Kiara, since 2013. They enjoy spending time traveling to the beach and mountains, watching sports, and going to the movies. They have 3 wonderful children (ALL BOYS!)
Dr. Arielle Norris, DDS
Dr. Arielle Norris is a general dentist originally from Denton, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in biology from Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans, Louisiana. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. As a general dentist, Dr. Norris provides dental care for patients of all ages. Her skill set includes oral surgery, root canals, veneers, crown and bridge, and dental implants. Dr. Norris is also a certified Invisalign® Preferred Provider, helping patients receive orthodontic treatment to straighten teeth without the use of the typical metal braces.
Dr. Norris enjoys perfecting her craft through numerous continuing education classes. Dr. Norris is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the nation’s largest dental association, representing more than 161,000 dentist members.
In her spare time, Dr. Norris enjoys spending time with her husband or blowing off steam jogging around the many beautiful greenways in Charlotte.
